Update: Everything’s working fine now. We suffered and unexpected crash in our servers. Measures have been taken and it won’t happen again.

As many of you already know, yesterday our service went down due to a technical anomaly that manifested itself while our servers where performing a routine task, and because of this we wish to ask your forgiveness from all our users who where affected. Under normal circumstances, these maintenance procedures happen right under your noses and service goes uninterrupted as we always take the upmost care in maintaining the service up and running as if nothing was happening. Yesterday, unfortunately, we experienced a technical anomaly that was TOTALLY INCIDENTAL and will not happen again. We worked all day and night in order to reestablish the proper functioning of all sites affected and, as of this morning, everything is running smoothly: your websites as well as your email accounts are now back to normal.

We understand the disappointment that some of you must feel at this moment and for that reason we are open to your criticisms, opinions and suggestions.
